Dang it! This is what I get for having a CHEAT WEEKEND! I know it should've been a ONE DAY cheat but I had family up from FL and food is the main part of the visit. Thank God this won't happen for a least another 6 months. By then I should be a my goal weight then gaining 5 pounds won't be that big of an issue - 2 weeks to get back to "normal" - but at this time I'm looking at 21 pounds NOT 5!!! No worries....I'm already back on track - calorie counting and exercising!!!
