I have Hashimotos and since the first of the year I have done Calorie Counting, Low Carb/Keto and GoLo (lost .75 of a pound after one month😔, got a refund). I have been at 154-155 since the first of the year. Hoping that the Functional Medical person I just started working with will get me on the right track.
