Tried using pork rinds for breading on chicken breast. It’s a good alternative if your trying to avoid carbs

yes they can get a Lil bit soggier though too. lol used to eat them all the time. good with peanut butter and cream cheese. my fav keto lunch was pork rinds, cream cheese and tuna or salmon.
