Try getting a stress ball or something to keep your hands occupied. Like those mind feck cubes (rubick cube). 🫨It's all about the distraction. There's an app: easy quit stop smoking. It helped me alot. I was motivated by my health improvements. You can do it!!!

We eat our emotions - introduce a 30min evening casual walk around the block and watch how evening snackathon behaviours diminish
