Woke up with hardcore dry mouth from having whiskey for dinner instead of eating (I forgot). Not to be recommended - so while this is a low weight and I did drink a ton of water yesterday, it's a dehydration loss. Going to go drink water and end up the same weight as yesterday, for sure. :)
