1/2 cup oats (blended into a powder)
1/2 cup cottage cheese (lancewood)
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
50ml almond milk
Blend all together makes 4 good sized pancakes
I added 20 grams honey, and 100 grams strawberries to taste
Around 430 calories in total
Very filling 😊
