Hello Folks!
Ok so for July the plan is. Mixed protein diet but introducing the 18 hr fast window. So I will only be eating from 1 pm to 7 pm each day and fasting 18 hours inbetween. Mind you, these meals will be about 1000 calories each or close to that amount. But with the hour long walks each day. I will be curious to see how it holds up compared to the "Chicken Challenge".
My next weigh in day will not be until August 4th 2023 as that is when I go for my A1C1 results / lipids etc.
So, on to the next month and best wishes for everyone's weight loss success.
