:) I am happily overwhelmed by the amount of love and support from this photo!! I had just finished working out and walked past the bathroom mirror and it sank in how much losing 25 lbs made a difference.

Yoh- :) I changed my name!! 😂 When I do my therapy on Zoom, I usually put "Dazey the..." And a description of my mood/state of being at the time. example, Dazey the Referree (when my kids were fighting alot)
