I was able to readjust my macros to accommodate my keto plan. I set a caloric intake 2800 cals to keep my portions modest. I include exogenous ketone salts with my daiky supplements to maintain a fat burning state. I try to walk 3.5 miles per day, to aid the process and maintain good mental well-being. I am in size 36 jeans-down from 44's. I don't really post my foods, on account that the high fat consumption would not align to the standard weight loss plans.
