Happy to be losing weight despite not eating so well for dinner over the weekend. We went out to a chinese restaurant but I only had the meet and vegetables and avoided the sweets and rice. I like that this '17 Day' diet (like 'Fat Smash') is more about changing your WOE and WOL rather than simply a short-term fix. I feel it is giving me the tools to be successful no matter where I am so I'm glad to see that bears itself out for the Monday weigh-in. Here's to another week and Happy Monday all!
