make sure you get your cholesterol checked while eating in this fashion. I ran into some serious issues when I did keto. Keto can be good but it encourages poor eating habits for the future also.

I did keto for 2 years and didn’t even eat as healthy as this and lost 30lbs, kept it off, and perfect blood work so I guess everyone is different.
