Some advice for you all on the mission to loose weight Between each meal have a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, this helps with your insulin spike and conversion of fats Start walking , walking burns fat , where as jogging and cardio burns energy that needs replenishing Aim for 10000 steps daily , and increase it to around 15000 where possible The simplest way to loose weight is eat less than you need , so find out your basal metabolic rate ( google with find you a calculator) .
