I'm doing much better today eating my veggies! I've already had sauteed spinach and a big salad with romaine lettuce, cheese, caesar dressing, and a kosher dill pickle. Delicious!

I'm having a steak with sauteed mushroom for dinner, it's going to be awesome!

I am disappointed that I didn't notice that the deli ham I had for lunch had 1 carb each and I had 3 so that was a total waste of carbs on frickin' ham! Damn ham! So now I have to watch what I eat to make sure I don't go over my carb allowance for the day. I'm usually under, but I'll probably be pushing it closer today, but that's okay. Lesson learned!
