Weight not taken under perfect conditions. My sleep was cut short & I had been up moving around a bit. Taken at 84 hours in, 3.6 lb loss. It's just too early in the morning to eat. I will probably eat later today. I'm going to refeed on some bone broth & then a little later, a nice ribeye steak with grass-fed butter 🧈 & a lovely salad 🥗 Hope you all have a lovely day! 💜

Thank you, Suze! 😊 I honestly try to love EVERYONE. I get the same way about how some people treat others. I just try to remind myself that they have issues that are not healed. Sometimes, I even feel sad for THEM. Sometimes, I see the world as such a dark place, but I know can do is to let my light shine a little brighter to try to help balance things out.
