I can relate to that. Just keep logging, even on the bad days.

Monday the 12th, I was embarrassed to log 3164 calories, but I logged everything. I recovered from that bad day. I always remind myself that it is ridiculous to lie to myself about the calories I consume. Honesty is mandatory.
