Breaking my 48-hour fast at dinner (don't yell at me. It IS healthy... See Dr. Jason Fung & Dr. Pradip Jamnadas-You Tube) with oxtail bonebroth & sliced fresh homegrown tomatoes. I will eat keto (when hungry) this weekend. Garlic butter pork chops, cabbage with bacon, fresh homegrown tomatoes probably for lunch (if hungry), and dinner tomorrow. If I'm hungry at breakfast (I doubt it), I will have bacon, eggs, and avocado. I haven't figured Sunday out yet, maybe baked fish & sugarless (no sweetner) coleslaw. Have a great weekend all!!! 😀
