Hi I'm Sara and I am trying to loose weight at 347.6 this morning and lost 5lbs this week by not drinking much of the mt dew that I am addicted to I've cut it down to a 16.9oz bottle per day then water. I have to loose at least 50-60lbs before I get knee surgery again. I gained that 60lb in the last 2yrs depressed and not going many places because I can only stand/walk on my knee for about 2-3min at times do I don't get much exercise at all. anyone have any exercises I can do sitting down to help me...
