Well, today has not been easy so far, and it's only 10:00 A.M. !! I have been having some hardcore junk food cravings. I have to stop thinking about that stuff! I find that if I eat regularly and not let myself get too hungry, I am able to make better choices about what I am going to eat. I know that if I let myself eat even a little bit of junk food, I will feel extremely guilty and like a big failure. Then my mood will quickly spiral downward and I will give up and eat every piece of junk food in sight. I have decided that junk food is simply not an option for me right now, no matter how small the serving is. It just doesn't seem right to spend all those hours working out only to undo all that work in maybe 10 minutes.
