Crusts and bread with seeds etc aren't good for me that because of diverticulitis. Apples, cucumber, red onion, broccoli and cauliflower are killers for me. I used to eat 1 or 2 apples a day and would give anything to eat one without pain but it is what it is. I've accepted it and moved on. I now eat more salmon, mackerel, tuna and eggs to make sure I get the vitamins and nutrients I need. I log my food through a website called check your nutrition or check your food. I do this because I lack vitamin B12 through UC so I wonder what others I maybe missing, so I make sure I'm getting enough😃👍
