Творог в помощь!!! 0.5 жир., С ряженкой , со стевией , с корицей. Калорий мало, белка много. Можно добавить какао, кокосовую стружку (чуть чуть!), ягоды, порошок арахисового масла, flaxseed и тд и тп

it looks good, but if I ate it, I would have gas for hours, so only a end of the day dish and sleep in a separate bedroom

I love herring with cottage cheese, I haven’t posted a photo yet, but in that version there is something to discuss. But I can do such experiments, since I have a separate bedroom :)
