I'm jealous at your portion control. I often put too much on my plate (and have to eat it of course, lol), or a small amount just makes me want more.

it was hard for me when I first started but the more and more I did it the more my body got used to it and eventually I just got used to it and started getting full. lol I Eben have my diabetic fiance portion controlling now lol
