Today is my 1 year anniversary here on FS. From my start to where I am now, I've lost almost 30 percent of my starting weight. My original goal was what I thought was doable if I really, really tried. I reached that goal in 3 months but decided to just see where the scale would land eating better, logging everything and staying as close to the 1200 calories as I could. Now I've been the same weight for a while and I feel so much better energy wise.

I didn't get there alone either. I got there with this community cheering me on along the way. I read a lot of your journals and many are inspiring. We all face challenging life situations but here even with some of the drama from time to time, there's also some good advice. I know for me, I will continue to log my food and read y'all's posts and comments. I'll probably continue sharing some of my meals with all those veggies, keeping it simple and doable. If you are.just starting out on the journey, just know you won't find a better support system than here. Now on to year #2 🤗😘

Congratulations! That is quite an accomplishment in one year. 1200 calories a day is what works for me as well.
