Cheese is my nemesis - I just can't have it in the house - whenever I feel like breaking my diet its ALWAYS cheese that tempts me most. So - once this block of cheese goes I am not buying anymore because then it won't be there to derail my efforts. Felt depressed today due to my psycho ex harrassing me and I felt tired and ill - so, ended up reaching for the cheese. I did measure it because i felt then at least I had some control and can make up for it with being stricter in the next few days and do some more exercise. Did not gym it today as shins hurting from running but have decided to go tomorrow before i met my friends for supper. Need to choose supper wisely tomorrow! As from Friday it is exactly 14 days till i leave for the US and in that time i need to lose 6lbs! or 5 at least....

At least you know it and can admit it - I tend to buy stuff that I know I have no control with only when I know I am going to eat it...if it's in the house, it's just asking for trouble for me. Fully understand toxic people's effect on eating too - why do we do it?? There is a saying that has seriously helped me in the past - "You can't control people around you, you can only control how they make you feel." So exciting about your adventure in two weeks (don't beat yourself up about the 5/6 lbs I am sure you look great!)

Hi FFNM - that is a great quote - my ex certainly made me feel like a mad woman and now continues to harass me by text - the only real solution is to change my phone number, because even if I add his number to spam numbers, the texts still get onto my phone and eventually I cannot resist looking at them - what a twit lol ;0). I feel bloody awful today - think I have got that Keto Flu everyone talks about - so desperate, had to eat a Twix! lol :0)

lol Lulu I have been there....sadly a few times. My ex husband of three and half years still sends me messages...which I still ignore. With them it's all about control - as long as they know they rattle your cage they'll keep doing it. I don't know why I don't block mine either!! I bet the twix did the trick!
