Just do your best all the time. Sometimes I want junk food, and as long as I can work it in my calories, I have it. Moderation/portion size is the key. My husband and I got to Subway and split the footlong sub (I get it w/o cheese), and also split the snack size of potato chips - so we still get our chip fix, but just less of it! :)
