Even with the add ons of a baked potato, 1/2 an avocado, 1/2 oz of cheddar and nonfat yogurt instead of sour cream, I am at 640 calories! Big plus, it is a satisfying meal!

Never tried the Greek yogurt instead of sour cream hack but now I kinda want to. Seems like a good hack, I know yogurt texture doesn't bother me at all. lol
