Kuncinya di workout sebelum "makan pagi" kalau bisa wo 1 atau 1,5 jam. Mundurkan jam makan jd jam 11. Slesei makan tetap jam 6. Ga hitung kalori tp makan masih sewajarnya. Ga ngemil. Makan 3 kali yg mengenyangkan. Ngemil coklat cm sekali 2 potong sm fruit tea frezee. Total kemarin 10.000 langkah lebih
74.1 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
