I've told people in a previous journal that I am struggling to motivate myself I've now reached that stage .

Anne I am demotivated sat at home all day doing nothing waiting for a new hand held vacuum cleaner to be delivered. Also I have over eaten because of inactivity.

I was hoping that would give me a am/pm time so that I could either go for walk 🚶‍♀️ am/pm . Still waiting!

I try and find or set myself new monthly challenges to keep me motivated, like this month I've joined a group walking challenge with work or I find exercise challenges on YouTube to do, some over a couple of weeks, some last a month or I set myself my own challenge. I mix it up to keep me motivated and not get stuck in a rut

Aww shame... it's hard to stay motivated sometimes, but focus on how far you've come as you're doing great. "Hitting a crab" now and then isn't the end of the world, just get back on board either later that day... or draw a line and promise yourself you'll be back to it the following morning. You're doing fab, so keep up the great work. 👏

A crab when your in a boat can be quite fatal puts you of your stroke?! Moon lite I think it was a temporary blip 🙂 but with the wonderful support of people on FS I think I can fight my way through it.
