I haven't been very good this week and have stayed the same. Better than putting on I suppose! My boyfriends now home for 5 weeks so I'm finding it very difficult to record everything I eat and stay healthy. Off on Holiday next Tuesday so won't be logging in for the next two weeks . . and of course I am expecting a gain over my holiday but I am determined that as soon as I am back I will get straight back to the diet! I still have another 16lbs to go and I'm already half way there so I know I can do it! On the plus side I have heard that the Greek food is actually very healthy. I love fruit and veg and salads so I'm hoping I won't put too much on over my holiday . . the alcohol will of course be the one bad thing but I am determined to enjoy myself and not think about my weight whilst I am on holiday. Once I'm back draw a line and get back to it!

I've found that if I am a bit naughty when I go on holiday then when I get back to being strict, any extra weight I have gained then falls off pretty quickly. I'm visiting home next week so I will definitely end up putting a few extra pounds on but we have to enjoy ourselves. Have a great holiday!

Thank you all, i'm just going to take it as it comes. I will probably put weight on but i'm sure i'm going to get straight back into it when i'm home! I'm going to weigh in on Monday before I go off so I can check the damage when i'm back!

Sounds like a good plan and I will be doing the same on Tuesday before I go away. I suspect you might eat far better with your Greek food than I do in Newcastle. :-)
