NSV Have really gotten me through my weightloss this time around. In the past I always let the scale get the best of me but not this time. I made goals like running, then getting a better time running a mile, fitting into clothes and also gave up drinking alcohol. Which was something I really needed to do for my mental health and physical health. I've gained 40 pounds and lost 40 pounds over and over since I was 18 years old. I knew this time I really had to dig deep and change what made me gain the weight in the first place.I am very proud of myself even more this time because I know its a lifetime commitment,I'm so happy and healthy.
