Finding it hard to motivate myself how do fellow members FS do it please? Don't want to lose any more weight would only be losing muscle. I want to tone the body especially the core any tips on what exercises I should be doing and what I should eat? Many thanks.

Chessnut, stand up paddleboard! Great exercise. Works, like, every muscle- especially the ones you’ve forgotten you had. You remember them soon enough, I can tell you!
Recommend a lake rather than the ocean though, when starting out. I tried first time on the ocean and for the next week I could barely stand up or sit down. (It probably didn’t help that the day after I first tried SUP on a very boisterous ocean and could barely move by dinner time, I then tried again the next day…but 🤷🏻♀️) Seriously, really good exercise.

if you have access to a gym, maybe try cable curl pushdown and cable curl and start with a very low weight. Slowly increase your kg. I heard protein is meant to be good for muscle!
