That steak at dinner last night got me, I was at the beach with a friend all day and had family over for dinner who did't leave until late, had no time to do any cardio or high intensity workouts to burn some calories off. Did walk instead of drive to beach but still being very self critical about going over my calories by a little bit. By about 100, still has an impact. I hope to learn from my mistake today and not mess up again. Up at 3 in the morning thinking about it.
