Finally better and stronger. Getting back on track after heavy meds, need to lose the extra weight gained while I was sick and ordered to rest post-covid. The hard part is getting back on track with journaling and easing into my exercise routine. Here goes, we’re ready for this. Do you guys have ideas for flushing and detoxing especially after taking strong medication for just over a month?
