Ugh I ate so bad the last 2 days. I had a game night at my house on Friday night where I made pulled pork, chili and quiches along with brownies and chocolate chip cookies. Then Sunday I had a bbq where I ate a ton of more food. Now I think I ate less than I normally would have before I lost all the weight but still feel like I ate too much. Also feel like having eaten more i'm now craving more food. I can't wait to get back to work tomorrow and get back to my normal habits. Luckily no more parties for a while and my family will eat my leftovers so they won't be in the house. I haven't weighed myself cause I know it would have just upset me. Tomorrow starts a new week.

Also have a first date tonight! Going out to dinner and i'm really excited to meet her in person. :-)

I think that this kind of splurges from time to time are healthy - you never feel stuck to only eat limited food. Also, even though it raises your weight right away, it also increases your metabolism, so that you'll actually lose more in the long run! As long as you can get back to healthy eating - you'll be ok. And good luck with the first date! First dates are exciting!
