I seem to be at a plateau at 138 an still unhappy. I want to be 135, where I am supposed to be. I am eating about 1200 calories a day, and still not losing any more. I cannot eat less. I prefer to exercise in my apartment with a video. I am probably a little depressed due to the weight gain. Hence why I won't do any exercise. But if I do not, I won't lose any more. I still have a headache, too, so I might need more than 64 oz., which is what I drank yesterday. I will try adding 1 cup at a time and see what my body wants.
Right now it is raining outside, so I do not want to go out there and get wet to do a walk. They are saying it is supposed to rain all day tomorrow, too.
