Having attended a wedding earlier in the week and staying in a hotel it was very difficult to avoid full English breakfasts and other foods, with very little time for walking and no exercise machines available I am reasonably happy that the weight has only gone up by less than 2 lb.Back on it again for another two weeks before I go on holiday.
