Wow, biggest weekly drop yet. 5 lbs. I think my insulin resistance is dropping. Just started back with my kick boxing so I’m hoping to put some muscle back on that I have lost through the years. Bought two pair of jeans Sunday without trying them on. Had to take them back, too loose. Have never had that happen before. Carnivore WOE is so easy and the most effective plan I know. Plus, I am never, ever hungry.
