Happy Monday FS! I hope everyone had a great weekend. We got some rain on Sunday so I didnt get to hike which led to me just sleeping and binge watching shows to get caught up. I have a spin bike at home and really should have hopped on but kept making excuses not to. My newest excuse is my allergies are bad so I have to wear my glasses. I don’t know how to manage sweat with glasses. Weak excuse I know, but it is definitely going to be an issue tomorrow when I go climbing. Anyone have any recommendation on how to manage the glasses during sweaty workouts? I sweat a lot which has been my issue in the past. They fog up or literally just get gross, sweaty, and wet when I have them on. Forget that they tend to make a me a bit off balance which I'm not sure what that is. I'm gonna have to google this.
