I am not sure if you are the type to plan ahead, but for low carb that really helps. I follow low carb, not 100% carb free but generally between 25-30g per day. The trick is, at least for me, you have to understand that all fat is not bad fat. For example Avocado's are loaded with fats, but they are all good, same with salmon or trout. Butter is way better for a person than margarine, but yet, has fat. Its not bad with moderation. But it hard to retrain yourself when all of our lives, its been Fat = bad or overweight, it's just something that isn't true. If you have an air fryer, that helps too! Keep up the hydration (cuts gravings) and research of your fav recipes now and see if there is a low carb version. You would be surprised on the selection! Good luck on your journey.
