I am a slender person. After years of sedentary life and unhealthy eating habits, I have high blood pressure and cholesterol. After turning 60 this year, I have decided to shape up: eat healthier, exercise more, and go to bed earlier. I also started to drink more water. I would drink one cup of coffee in the morning (black) and only water after that. I was 171.3 lbs in mid February, 2023. I am slightly under 162 now. My health has improved, and my jeans fit better (looser). The best thing about taking good care of myself is that I feel happy and optimistic. I feel very grateful. Best luck to everyone who has a similar goal.
