Yes, I seem to remember that coast specializes in soggy during the fall, into winter, into the spring. I used to walk from my little bed and breakfast on E. Pender and Nanaimo St, along Pender, through Chinatown, across the causeway to my office downtown on Main St., twice a day, more often in the rain than anything else. I didn’t go into the office if it was icy - enjoy - summers made up for it though :) DV
