That's because ketosis gives zero advantage when calories are what matter for fat loss. Temporary fluid loss is all low carb does for the body.

I partially disagree with your comment Diablo360x, Calories intake is a tricky argument. I do not believe on the theory eat less calories than you consume - just wrong. Try to eat 1500 Calories of French Fries every day and tell me if you lose weight...a diet should be balanced on Vitamins, Proteins and Fats, based on body's needs. Calories is just a silly number that confuse people
