Thank you! yesterday I tried a similar breakfast with muesli 30 grams with seeds and a mix of nuts, it seemed to me a little empty. Also 250 calories came out. But muesli is low in sugar and without honey. Sugar provides a lot of calories and a feeling of hunger. Try to replace dried fruits or dates, try to drink drinks without sugar. 🙏 You will succeed💪🧘‍♀️
