Due to some decline in medical condions including blood pressure, high cholesterol and type 2 diabetics it is my intention to start recording foods eaten and exercise taken.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
