For anyone struggling with depression and those taking prescriptions to cope...

Would you care to share how you think diet and / or exercise has helped to alleviate depression symptoms? Have you noticed a difference in the number of days or periods of depression?

Any and all feedback would be so appreciated. I'm asking because a friend is struggling with a period of it now and I want feedback from the "horse's mouth" so to speak. Research is one thing; experience another matter.
