Look great, but since the body can only absorb a limited amount of proteins at the time, it will be better to divide it in 2 meals that amount of protein, better assimilation and easier in the wallet and the kidneys.

The meal is delicious and not expensive. It is made by a company called energy fuel.
Sometimes it’s not about the absorption of protein it’s the filling effect it has on the mind and body

Zion6– you are correct— 35 grams is about the limit.

While I didn’t want to get into an argument with anyone over my dinner, I will say you are both simplifying something that is constantly being studied.
First off I wouldn’t cut my small dinner into 2 meals because I need to have protein spread over different meals. Protein absorption depends on many other factors like what other macros and micro nutrients you have in that meal. Slow digested proteins and fast digested proteins.
Throwing a static number at it shows very little knowledge as out the science behind it.
However, as I stated, it’s by always about the absorption of proteins. Protein has a very good “filling” effect on your mind and body. It makes you feel fuller longer which helps a person like myself that over eats. It thanks for trying to tell me I should split my dinner into 2 meals. That was useful and thoughtful information

Lol yes it’s old science, and that’s within the first hour. Intaking total protein is what matters. Your body will absorb all of it, if not most of it. However if you are able to spread them to multiple meals then you are able to digest it better for better absorption but the difference is minimal

It is bison, chicken, peppers, onions, tomatoes and avocado with a spicy chipotle type sauce. It’s very good. I do cook a lot of my meals but this one is from a restaurant chain called “energy fuel protein kitchen”.
