Woke at 232.4, down .1 from yesterday. Going to adjust calories down for the rest of the month to get back on track. UPDATE: Having a major whoosh today and was down to 231.3 by 1 pm, even after eating lunch. The whoosh continued throughout the day, and I was down to 229.9 by 5 pm.
