I'm a little disappointed with my week. I lost 0.6lb, which is another bad performance with last week. I still remain positive, a loss is a loss, but I will try to manage the weekends a little better. The good weather brings a lot of outdoor works to do and this extra physical efforts tends to make me eat less healthily than I do before.
