This has been a bad food weekend.
Both Saturday and Sunday, meal times have been limited and so most of the food has been snack stuff on the run.
I really over did both calories and fat Saturday and mostly calories Sunday. Most of Saturdays fat was the good stuff (poly & monounsaturated) but like the doctors say, FAT IS FAT so limit it!!
Some set-backs just can't be helped. I'll just have to deal with it.....
On the up side, I did get some walking in both days. Nothing like I should do/want to do, but some is better than none.
Here's to hoping next week will be better......
