Haven't posted in a few days! It's been incredibly busy at work over 12 hour shifts that leave me depleted, and exhausted! So I've just been headed straight to bed as soon as I clocked out! BUT!
I have been staying on my regular diet. It's frustrating to see that I've been at the EXACT same weight for 1 week now. I've weighed myself daily, and I haven't gone up, or down.
Though, I lost 6LB in 2 weeks. So this could be normal?
Advice?
