Swimming today, followed by a hike in the woods with the kiddos. I'm trying to be out and active almost every day, although admittedly I played the part of "couch lump" on Saturday :P I have a meeting at a local hospital on Thursday for a "medical weight management" seminar by the hospital physicians, and I am hoping they can lend me a hand. My metabolism needs a swift kick in the tucus.
